We have changed our name to "Education, Environmental, & Estate Law, LLC"
E3 Law is happy to develop wills and trusts to provide for your loved ones. For families with children or adults with disabilities, we can develop a children's trust, or a special needs trust to protect your loved one's government benefits.
We can develop guardianships and/or conservatorships for your adult offspring who experience an intellectual disability.
If your child will require a guardianship as an adult, we can begin the process with you while they are still seventeen.
If your child will turn 18 before graduating from high school, and your child would like you to continue to have decision-making rights with the school district, we can assist in writing an educational power of attorney.
We offer a free initial 30-minute consultation. The initial free 30-minute consultation does not establish an attorney-client relationship, though the information you share will remain confidential (with some required exceptions). By sharing your legal issue with us, you agree that our review of the information contained in your email or conversation will not establish an attorney-client relationship. The attorney-client relationship is established with a signed attorney-client agreement and payment of agreed-to legal fees or deposits. Please do not send documents until after an attorney-client agreement is signed.
